Common Questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice. Once confirmed, all your data — including posts, messages, media, and profile information — will be permanently deleted within 45 days.
How do I report a user or post?
- On a post: Tap the (...) menu and select Report. Choose a reason.
- On a profile: Tap the (...) menu in the top right and select Report.
How do I block someone?
- On a profile: Tap the (...) menu and select Block.
- From a post: Tap the (...) menu and select Block user.
Blocked users cannot see your profile or content, and you will not see theirs. You can manage your blocked users in Settings > Privacy & Safety > Blocked users.
How do I change my privacy settings?
Go to Settings > Private Account and toggle it on. When your account is private, only friends can see your posts.
How do I turn off notifications?
You can disable notifications in Settings > Notifications or through your device's system settings.
What is a Moment?
A Moment is a temporary social room that forms around a real-world event or experience. You post your reaction (a photo or video) and see what everyone else is posting about the same thing. Moments expire after a set time, but your posts remain on your profile.
