What is Miri?

Miri is a social app where you react to what's happening in real time. When something is trending, a Moment opens and everyone shares their take. You can also use AI to get the full story on any topic instantly.

Is Miri free?

Yes, Miri is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

What platforms is Miri available on?

Miri is currently available on iOS. You can download it from the App Store.

What is a Moment?

A Moment is a temporary social room that forms around a real-world event or experience. You post your reaction (a photo or video) and see what everyone else is posting about the same thing. Moments expire after a set time, but your posts remain on your profile.

How do I join a Moment?

Long press any post that belongs to a moment — from the home feed or the discover feed. You'll see the moment's title, description, who's participating, and when it expires. Tap to join and start sharing your take.

How does the AI feature work?

Miri's AI reads sources across the internet, watches reactions, and gives you the full picture on any trending topic in seconds. You can ask follow-up questions like you're texting a friend who knows everything.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice. Once confirmed, all your data — posts, moments, messages, media, and profile — will be permanently deleted. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

How do I report content or block someone?

To report: tap (...) on any post, long-press a comment, or long-press a moment and select Report. To block someone, go to their profile, tap (...), and select Block. Blocked users can't see each other's profiles or content, and any existing friendship is removed.

Can I make my account private?

Yes. Go to Settings > Private Account and toggle it on. When your account is private, only friends can see your posts.

Does Miri track me across other apps?
